1. OFFICE SUPPORT
We understand that our agents need to get started and quickly. To be honest with you, it is not rocket science, but it is organized and the plan already exits to achieve results. You take that plan and tweak it to suit you. We help you set goals to determine where you are going and show you the road to get there. We are available to answer your questions now. When you are successful the company is successful so we provide business coaching, advanced productivity tools, superior training and a superior work environment.
To further assist you we have a full time Administrative & In-house Marketing Assistant. We input your listings and make all status changes in the MLS, order your signs to be set up and picked up. We design the property flyers for the windows and for distribution to agent and or requested database. We even send out the e-flyer for you if you don’t have your own database. We help you to work smarter and allow you do what you do best. SELL!!
2. LEADS
Leads are available to our agents, generated from our state of the art website www.sbirealty.com . It has a high Google rank with National & International multi market exposure. We generate buyer & seller leads from our showcase of listings on the website, our large storefront windows on Meridian and Collins Ave in the Ritz Carlton, tent cards in the South Beach Group hotel rooms and from our strategically placed print ads. Floor time is available but not required.
3. MARKETING
We take marketing seriously and use it as one of the keys to building our brokerage. We have ongoing marketing campaigns. The print advertising is in Ocean Drive, Miami Herald Neighbors & Dan’s paper during the summer months. Each agent is welcome to participate in each full page ad for minimal cost and sometimes free. We provide free copies of all these publications to the public to take home with our contact info prominently displayed on the front cover.
A new website will preview this June/July. We have completely overhauled the site to make it very user friendly. Currently we are working with professionals to optimize the site. We contact our database at least 2x per month with a newsletter and/or agent e-flyer sent to the constant contact Realtor database as well as to the SBI database. We design & send agent flyers to all databases of choice.
You get a free immoblia or listing book site as a part of your RAMB membership.
We have positioned lifestyle tent cards in each of the 600 South Beach Group Hotel rooms that invite guests to view our website & contact us. This advertising program is continuous throughout the year.
Our retail locations, on Meridian Ave and at the Ritz Carleton, provide large windows to display listings and attract buyers & sellers. We also have plasma screens in the front window that display either our website or other points of Miami Beach interest such as Developments for sale. We have maximum exposure to the public. Both offices generate walk in traffic and phone calls.
We have a flip camera in the office that we encourage agents to take with them and record the Miami Beach neighborhoods and events. These are posted in various venues.
4. TRAINING
We have an office meeting every Tuesday from 11-11:30. The Broker and Manager are present to cover at least one pertinent topic to help you build your business. We usually have an expert come in to speak for 15-20 minutes on a topic that is helpful to an agent to build their career. Every meeting has a discussion period to resolve issues and learn techniques.
A contract review is done by the manager prior to submission until an agent is proficient in all facets of the contract.
We have training classes on an ongoing basis. The Broker and Manager are also available for phone conferences. The Manager will work on a one to one coaching basis if requested.
There is a training website for our agents where videos, articles and news articles are posted. We belong to RAMB (miamire.com) and encourage agent’s attendance for the many informative classes and designations, often at free or minimum cost. Our Manager is a member of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committee of RAMB and has been for over 10 years. This participation has helped our company strive to do the “right thing”. We know how to be successful and to keep our professional and ethical standing in our community.
5. FULL TIME BROKERAGE
South Beach Investment Realty is open for business on a full time basis. Our brokerage operates on a full-time business schedule. Thereby, our brokerage is capable of providing support when needed.
6. STRATEGY
We work to develop the strategy to achieve your goals. We are dedicated to assisting you to develop your business so that it will be strong and successful. We provide a business plan to get you started and will help you develop a map of how to reach your goals. We assist you to create the map for $ucce$$. 7. POTENTIAL
