3-Ingredient Overnight Berry Muesli


Using prepared muesli is an easy way to add different grains, nuts, and dried fruits to your overnight oats without having to buy them separately. Opt for frozen berries over fresh, as frozen berries release juices as they thaw in the refrigerator.

  • 1 cup muesli

  • two cups plain kefir

  • two cups frozen mixed fruits


  1. Place ¼ cup of muesli in each of the 4 pots or containers. Top each with ½ cup kefir and ½ cup frozen fruit; mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for up to 4 days. Stir well before serving.
