Overnight oats can simplify your morning routine while still providing a filling and nutritious breakfast. You can make it in a 2-cup mason jar or another to-go container if you often carry your breakfast.
Ingredients

⅓ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

⅓ cup low-fat natural yogurt

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup water

1 ½ soup spoons almond butter

1 soup spoon dried cranberries

1 soup spoon ground linseed

⅓ cup fresh or (thawed) frozen fruit, sliced if large

1 soup spoon roasted sliced almonds
instructions

Place the oats in a small bowl or mason jar. Add yogurt, vanilla and water; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap or lid and refrigerate overnight (or for up to 2 days).

Just before serving, gently stir in the almond butter, dried cranberries and ground flaxseed. Top with berries and almonds.
Tips
To prepare: Refrigerate overnight or for up to 2 days.
