Vanilla-Cranberry Overnight Oatmeal


Overnight oats can simplify your morning routine while still providing a filling and nutritious breakfast. You can make it in a 2-cup mason jar or another to-go container if you often carry your breakfast.

  • cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • cup low-fat natural yogurt

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup water

  • 1 ½ soup spoons almond butter

  • 1 soup spoon dried cranberries

  • 1 soup spoon ground linseed

  • cup fresh or (thawed) frozen fruit, sliced ​​if large

  • 1 soup spoon roasted sliced ​​almonds


  1. Place the oats in a small bowl or mason jar. Add yogurt, vanilla and water; mix well. Cover with plastic wrap or lid and refrigerate overnight (or for up to 2 days).

  2. Just before serving, gently stir in the almond butter, dried cranberries and ground flaxseed. Top with berries and almonds.
